Where can I see job vacancies?

Current vacancies appear in the Vacancies section on the homepage. Open a position to read its requirements and application details.

Where can I update my profile?

After signing in as an applicant, open Profile in the applicant portal to update your personal details, experience, skills, and documents.

How can I track my application?

Sign in to the applicant portal and open Applications to see the recorded selection stage for each application.

How do I create a candidate account?

Open Sign up and enter your name, email twice, and a password that meets the requirements. Open the email confirmation link before signing in.

Why has my confirmation email not arrived?

Confirmation emails may take a little time to arrive. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions. If it has not arrived, request a new link from the Account confirmation page.

What if I forgot my password?

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your candidate-account email. If eligible, a reset link will be emailed. Company employee and supervisor passwords are not changed there.

Is there a recruitment fee?

No. Official recruitment through MDB Career is free. Do not send money, passwords, or verification codes to anyone claiming to help with selection.

Can I view vacancies without an account?

Yes. Visitors can read current vacancies and their details without signing in. To apply, use a candidate account with a confirmed email address.

How do I apply for a vacancy?

Open a current vacancy, sign in as a candidate, then select Apply when your profile meets the requirements. Check the confirmation after submitting.

Why is the Apply button unavailable?

Check the reason shown on the vacancy detail page. Confirm your email, save the required profile details and CV, and make sure the vacancy is still open.

Where do I upload my CV?

Sign in as a candidate, open Profile, then Supporting documents. Upload a PDF CV within the size limit shown on the form.

How can I find missing profile fields?

Sign in to your candidate account and ask Raya to check which profile fields are empty. The completion percentage alone does not identify the missing fields.

Where can I check my application status?

Sign in as a candidate and open My Applications to see each recorded stage. Raya does not guess personal decisions or selection schedules.

Can I withdraw an application?

In My Applications, choose Withdraw or Decline invitation if the process still allows it. The portal asks for confirmation before saving.

How do I receive new job alerts?

Open Email subscriptions and select new-vacancy updates. A weekly email is sent only when new vacancies match your filters. You can choose other information separately or pause the subscription.

Does AI decide the selection result?

No. AI helps summarize and compare candidate information for review. Authorized people make selection decisions.

Where can I report a portal issue?

Use Contact us to report a system error or difficulty using the portal. Describe the page and steps where it occurred, but do not send passwords or verification codes.
